Axum Capital Partners is proud to announce the addition of Victor Voss to its Advisory Board, bringing more than 30 years of technology entrepreneurship, operational leadership, and investment experience to the firm.

Vic has built his career around a singular focus: transforming complexity into efficiency. Grounded in Lean/Six Sigma methodology, he has founded, scaled, and successfully exited multiple ventures, most notably Blackcomb Consultants, which was acquired by Accenture. That track record speaks to his ability to not only build high-performing organizations, but to position them for long-term, sustainable growth.

Today, Vic serves as Managing Director at Accenture and remains an active builder across AI-driven platforms. His expertise in automation, artificial intelligence, and operational infrastructure brings a powerful new dimension to how Axum evaluates investment opportunities and, more importantly, how the firm creates lasting value within its portfolio.
