Axum Capital Partners Welcomes Robyn Glaser To The Advisory Board

Axum Capital Partners is please to announce that veteran sports, media, and technology executive Robyn Glaser has joined the firm’s Advisory Board and will serve as a strategic advisor focused on expanding and activating the firm’s differentiated value creation platform known as the “Axum Edge.”

Glaser brings more than 25 years of experience operating at the intersection of sports, entertainment, technology, media, and investing. Throughout her career, she has advised and led organizations through periods of significant growth, transformation, operational complexity, and enterprise value creation.

Glaser spent more than 18 years as a senior executive with The Kraft Group and the New England Patriots organization. During her tenure, she played a central leadership role across business operations, organizational restructuring, strategic partnerships, league matters, compliance, and enterprise initiatives during a transformative period for both the NFL and the Patriots franchise.

During that period, NFL revenues expanded from less than $1 billion to more than $23 billion annually, while the Patriots franchise value increased from approximately $1.2 billion to more than $9 billion. Glaser helped lead the organization through several defining moments, including high-profile NFL matters, operational restructuring, enterprise-wide COVID response implementation, and the creation of a broadcast-ready Super Bowl streaming studio in less than two weeks.

Most recently, Glaser served as Partner & Chief Operating Officer at Fifth Down Capital, where she worked closely with investors, founders, fund managers, and portfolio companies spanning consumer, media, and technology sectors.

Earlier in her career, Glaser served as Worldwide Vice President in EMI Recorded Music’s New Media division, where she helped pioneer the earliest digital music business models and negotiated investments and strategic partnerships that contributed to scaling the division from approximately $1 million to more than $100 million in profit.

In addition to her professional leadership roles, Glaser serves on the Board of Advisors of the Pro Athlete Community (PAC), further reinforcing her longstanding relationships across the professional sports and athlete ecosystem.
