  • Victor Williams

    Advisory Board Member

    Mr. Victor Williams is a member of Axum's advisory board. Mr. Williams brings extensive merger and acquisition, investing, and operating experience to Axum’s board. He is currently Managing Partner of Lion Range Group, a sport-focused investment and advisory firm. Previously, Victor served as the Chief Executive Officer for the National Basketball Association (“NBA”) in Africa, where he oversees the league’s basketball and business development initiatives across the continent.

    Prior to this role, Mr. Williams served as the Executive Head of Corporate and Investment Banking for Africa for the Standard Bank Group. Previously, Mr. Williams was a Managing Director and co-head of Wells Fargo’s Technology, Media & Telecom M&A practice and was a member of the firm’s Fairness Opinions Committee. During his extensive career in investment banking, he has completed over $30 billion of domestic and cross-border financial advisory assignments, including mergers, corporate divestitures, acquisitions, joint ventures, public shareholder buyouts, hostile defense assignments, and fairness opinions.

    Mr. William also served as a Vice President in the Investment Banking Division at Goldman, Sachs & Co. He received undergraduate degrees in Applied Math and Economics from Brown University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

  • Charles Williams

    Advisory Board Member

    Mr. Charles Williams is a member of Axum’s advisory board. He was Managing Partner and co-founder of Integrated Capital Strategies, an asset management and advisory services firm and also a co-founder of Blue Ridge Holdings, a bank holding company and the parent company of CertusBank.

    Previously, Charles served as Managing Director and Principal Administrative Officer of Global Markets and Global Investment Banking at Bank of America. Prior to joining Bank of America, Mr. Williams worked as a trader and senior regulatory risk management executive at several “bulge bracket” Wall Street investment banks.

    He earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Marquette University. Mr. Williams formerly served on the boards of the United Way Legacy Foundation, Junior Achievement, and Charlotte Latin School. He is also a member of the Marquette University President’s Council.

  • Walter Davis

    Advisory Board Member

    Mr. Walter Davis is a member of Axum’s advisory board. He is a founding member of Peachtree Providence Partners Holding Company, LLC, a consulting firm with a focus on small to middle market businesses. Mr. Davis chaired the Economic Inclusion Task Force for the United States Government.

    Mr. Davis is the former Vice Chairman, Chief Executive Officer of CertusBank, where he oversaw and developed the strategic direction and capital formation that helped grow the organization into a $1.9 billion financial institution.

    Prior to co-founding CertusBank, Mr. Davis served as Executive Vice President of Retail Credit and Mortgage Direct Lending at Wachovia Corporation, where he led Wachovia’s nationwide originations, underwriting, servicing, settlement services and default management functions for the Bank’s $70 billion retail credit and small business portfolios.

    Prior to joining Wachovia, Mr. Davis was an executive at Bank of America in the Real Estate Syndicated Capital Markets Group. He was responsible for the structure and distribution of the Bank’s real estate transactions nationally.

  • Jose Costa

    Advisory Board Member

    Jose Costa is a member of Axum’s advisory board. He brings a long and successful track record of creating value, leading, and driving growth for multi-unit retail organizations, including food and beverage brands and franchised retail organizations.

    Throughout his career, Mr. Costa has effectively developed and implemented integrated strategies, assembled, and developed leadership teams and operational initiatives, as well as led the execution and integration of strategic acquisitions and delivered value for stakeholders. Mr. Costa is Chief Executive Officer at Whistle Express Car Wash. Previously he served as the Chief Growth Officer for Bojangles. He also has deep expertise working with private equity owned portfolio companies, both as senior executive and as a board member, including previously for several consumer-focused private equity firms, such as 3G Capital, Harvest Partners, Roark Capital Group, HAL Investments, The Jordan Company, Durational Capital Management, and AMCO.

    Mr. Costa received an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, an MS from Northwestern University Medill School of Journalism, and a BA in Business Administration & Modern Languages from Metropolitan University, Caracas, Venezuela.

  • Victor Voss

    Advisory Board Member

    Victor Voss is a member of Axum’s Advisory Board and brings over 30 years of experience in building, scaling, and optimizing technology-driven businesses. He began his career in the automotive industry as a process improvement consultant, leveraging Lean and Six Sigma methodologies at organizations such as General Motors and Chrysler. Victor has founded and built multiple companies, including Blackcomb Consultants, VirgilHR, Odyssey AI, and AI Recruitment Match. He grew Blackcomb Consultants into a globally recognized technology consulting firm, culminating in a successful exit and its acquisition by Accenture, where he now serves as Managing Director.

    He was also an early investor and key advisor in VirgilHR, an AI-powered compliance platform that was successfully acquired by VensureHR in 2025. Victor’s strengths lie in his deep understanding of emerging technologies and his proven ability to help organizations transform legacy processes into automated, scalable solutions. Beyond his entrepreneurial work, Victor serves on the board of Quilt, a Chicago-based nonprofit bringing high-speed internet and technology training to underserved communities, and actively mentors young people from underrepresented backgrounds in pursuing technology careers.

  • Robyn Glaser

    Advisory Board Member

    Robyn Glaser is a member of Axum’s Advisory Board and brings over 25 years of senior leadership experience across sports, entertainment, technology, media, and investing. She is known for guiding complex organizations through high-stakes transitions and building scalable, operationally disciplined structures.

    Robyn spent 18+ years as Executive Vice President of The Kraft Group and the New England Patriots, where she was a key decision maker across major organizational initiatives. During her tenure, the Patriots’ franchise value grew from $1.2 billion to over $9 billion, and she led efforts spanning post Belichick restructuring, operational and financial realignment, compliance, and major facility rebranding.
    Most recently, she served as Partner and Chief Operating Officer at Fifth Down Capital, supporting investors, fund managers, and portfolio companies across CPG and high-growth technology sectors.

    Earlier in her career, Robyn was Worldwide Vice President at EMI Recorded Music, where she helped build one of the industry’s first digital media divisions, scaling profitability from $1 million to over $100 million and negotiating equity stakes in 80 early stage companies. She began her career as a corporate associate at Paul, Weiss after earning a JD/MBA from Washington University in St. Louis.
